The seventh edition of the Deed of Lease has been in use since November. Further to the webinar which accompanied the release, the 16 June session will address questions in relation to use of the Deed of Lease which have arisen in this period. The webinar will also introduce other refreshed documents in the suite, including the Deed of Assignment, Deed of Sublease and Agreement to Lease.
