Mortgagee Sales Update

Tools, tips and case law updates in strained economic times


The current economic climate has led to an increase in mortgagee sales. With most sales of this nature taking place by tender, TLANZ’s Documents and Precedents Committee has developed a new form for this purpose. This webinar will introduce the form. 

The session will also provide a timely update on case law and trends, as well as a reminder about what practitioners and lenders need to be aware of, in this space.
