For children who offend, how their situation is managed in either the Family Court or Youth Court jurisdiction can affect outcomes there but also the trajectory of their lives. In some locations, the Crossover Court operates – what does this involve and how might a crossover list and case management be replicated elsewhere? How can Youth Advocates, Lawyer for Child, Police and the Crown help make a difference to these young lives? 

In this webinar, our experienced panel will provide information, insights and practical guidance to help you identify the problems for these children early on and to improve your expertise when acting for them.
