Disclosure Under the Trusts Act

This session will examine the statutory disclosure obligations introduced by the Trusts Act 2019, which has significantly redefined trustees’ duties in relation to beneficiary information. Participants will gain a practical understanding of the presumption in favour of disclosing basic trust information, the statutory grounds for withholding disclosure, and the interpretive approaches emerging in case law.
