Pathways in the Profession: Finding the fit that’s right for you

What a successful legal career looks like has changed – and what and who defines ‘success’ are now viewed differently. Post-Covid, with family responsibilities and craving more interesting and diverse ways of working, many lawyers are looking for options and how to achieve a better fit for them, both within the law and within law firms. Flexibility, fluidity and fulfilment are now seen by practitioners as preeminent.

More than ever before, young lawyers are moving away from a career in law earlier than previously. Attracting and retaining legal talent are real issues for firms.

In this webinar, our expert panel will provide insights into the issues facing practitioners and firms in today’s working environment, and look at options and strategies for practitioners wanting to explore career development within law firms, that might not resemble the traditional model.

Registrants are invited to submit questions in advance of the webinar to cpd@thelawassociation.nz

Please note that due to the nature of this session, presentation materials will not be provided.
