The revised Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate (ASPRE), Eleventh Edition 2022 (4) – a form at the core of conveyancing practice in New Zealand – has been in use since April. Further to the webinar which accompanied the release, the 15 September session will address questions in relation to use of the ASPRE, which have arisen in this period or that you might seek to ask.
