Whatever area of law you practise in, there are common stresses experienced across the profession. Junior practitioners particularly, are often subject to pressures that undoubtedly contribute to the high drop-out rate from legal practice in the early years.
This on demand aims to raise awareness of stress-related issues in the profession, as well as providing strategies for managing and reducing those stressors. It will be of particular relevance to those in their first few years of practice.
Hear from the Lead Researcher of the “Law in Distress” research project and from an Executive Coach for Lawyers about how to better recognise and manage work-related stress, both personally and in your interactions with colleagues, with commentary from a Senior Associate in practice.
The webinar will be of relevance to junior lawyers but will also be of use to intermediate and senior lawyers who wish to gain further insights into this area and learn some new skills, both for themselves and for managing more junior staff.
