Terry Baucher has worked in New Zealand tax for over 30 years now. After spells with Deloitte and EY, he founded boutique tax consultancy Baucher Consulting in 2004. The firm provides advice on a range of issues including GST and cross-border issues for individuals, trusts, SMEs and accounting and law firms, particularly in relation to UK tax matters.
Terry is a regular presenter for the New Zealand Law Society, CCH and CAANZ special interest groups. He is also the host of the podcast Te wiki o te tāke – The New Zealand Tax Podcast and is the co-author with Deborah Russell MP of Tax and Fairness.
