Jackie is Director of Legal at Fonterra and leads a global legal team of around 20 lawyers. Jackie originally joined Fonterra’s legal team in 2017, as General Counsel Group Functions, looking after a range of corporate, shareholder supply, regulatory, financial, capital market and project matters, before moving into a non-legal role looking after the Commercial & IP function for Fonterra’s Innovation and Brand business unit.
Jackie returned to Fonterra’s legal team to take up
her current role just over a year ago. Prior to joining Fonterra, Jackie
was in house at Vector, and before that she was at Chapman Tripp for a number
of years, which is where she started her legal career.
