Rowan is a barrister practising in Auckland at Bankside Chambers. He has broad civil and regulatory experience, both in terms of trial and appellate advocacy. He has acted for a number of claimants and professionals in cases involving negligence and professional discipline. He has been appointed as counsel to assist/Amicus in a number of High Court hearings and has presented for the NZLS and The Law Association on claims against lawyers and on costs in civil litigation. Rowan has also prosecuted and defended in numerous jury trials and is a member of three Crown Panels.
