Grace is an in-house commercial lawyer at Xero, where she loves the dynamic and fast-paced environment. Her journey to the fintech sector started in Ōtautahi Christchurch, where she completed her LLB/BA at the University of Canterbury. After starting out in private practice at DLA Piper, and gaining some valuable life experience working as a Chalet Chef in the French Alps during her OE, she found herself in Hawkes Bay (the home of Xero) looking to make the jump to in-house. Grace is passionate about sharing insights into the incredibly fortunate experience and strong support network that have shaped her career to date.
