Jeremy is a partner in the Financial Services team at MinterEllisonRuddWatts. He co-leads the firm’s Banking & Financial Services division and specialises in investment, including capital raising by startups, funds (from KiwiSaver to private funds) and the applications of new technology in financial markets. He acts for many of New Zealand’s top venture capital funds, helping them structure their funds.
