Andrew is the principal of Simmonds Law, where he advises tech companies on corporate and commercial law matters. He also keeps up several director and board advisor roles.
Andrew has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements. He also advises on private company governance issues and shareholder disputes.
Prior to Simmonds Law, Andrew co-founded Simmonds Stewart (now Kindrick Partners) and served there from 2006 until 2020. Before that, he was a partner at Buddle Findlay from 2001 to 2006.
