Mark Von Dadelszen

Description

Mark von Dadelszen is a barrister, concentrating on the law relating to societies, charities and meeting procedure. His knowledge and skills in those subjects are based on 50 years’ experience in governing and advising a wide range of community organisations. He is author of Members' Meetings and of Law of Societies in New Zealand - Unincorporated, Incorporated and Charitable (4th editions of both due in 2022), and was a member of the Law Commission Reference Group advising on proposed reforms to the Incorporated Societies Act 1908. He was awarded a Queen’s Service Medal in 2012 for “services to the community.”
