Hamish is a senior associate at Gilbert Walker, a specialist litigation and advisory practice. He has appeared in New Zealand courts at all levels, and is experienced in acting on a wide range of commercial and civil disputes, including in seeking declaratory relief. He is ranked as a rising star for dispute resolution by Legal 500 and NZ Lawyer.
Prior to joining Gilbert Walker, Hamish completed an LLM at the University of Cambridge, was a junior barrister at Shortland Chambers, and a judge's clerk at the Court of Appeal.
