Nick holds a LLM from Auckland University and specialises in all facets of real estate and property law matters. He has acted for numerous landowners facing acquisition from government or local authorities under the PWA. Nick has presented an annual two-day workshop on residential property for junior practitioners, for more than 10 years, and his clients include real estate branches, developers and investors in both the residential and commercial property space.
