Anita has been involved in the Strata sector for over 25 years. Originally from South Africa, working as a body corporate manager and then immigrated to New Zealand, joining Oxygen in 2015 as a body corporate manager. Anita then took on the role of Division Manager in 2018 and was recently promoted to General Manager. Anita is passionate about the industry and hopes to assist in advocating for SCANZ in the Wellington region and beyond. Anita has been a member of SCANZ since 2016, completed the NZ100 and was recently elected as a committee member to the SCANZ Executive Chapter. Anita and her team are always looking to grow their knowledge base and regularly attend the SCANZ conferences, the ADLS / SCANZ half-day conferences and other training opportunities offered by SCANZ and the broader industry. Anita believes education is key to uplifting the industry and that people can make better decisions when well informed.
