Jack Oliver-Hood is a barrister practising in commercial, intellectual property and public law litigation. He holds degrees in law from the University of Auckland and Columbia University in New York. His prior experience includes clerking for the Hon Chief Justice Winkelmann and the Hon Justice Cooper, and junioring for Andrew Brown QC of Bankside Chambers. Jack holds law degrees from the University of Auckland and Columbia University. Jack was a lecturer on evidence at the University of Auckland and Auckland University of Technology, and has presented for the Institute of Judicial Studies.
He is an author of Mahoney on Evidence: Act & Analysis, and has published articles on the subject in the New Zealand Law Review and New Zealand Law Journal.
