Phillip Osborne is a criminal defence barrister with a special interest in parole law who previously worked for a senior barrister, Philip Hamlin for eight years. During that time, he appeared regularly before the Parole Board for all types of hearings and now continues to do so as a barrister sole. He is passionate about advocating for release from prison for any client, no matter what their convictions are or what complexities are involved in doing so.
