
Hannah’s practice spans the full range of contentious and advisory employment law issues.
With over a decade of experience advising on people risk, she balances a high level of technical proficiency in dealing with complex legal issues with a pragmatic and commercial approach. When it comes to the most confronting and sensitive issues arising in the workplace, Hannah is particularly adept at supporting clients to manage risk and find practical solutions.
Hannah advises employers across a wide range of industries, as well as senior employees. She has extensive experience in pursuing and defending personal grievance claims, post-employment obligation matters and interim applications, and advising clients on and conducting workplace investigations.
Hannah is a member of The Law Association of New Zealand Employment Law Committee and has been frequently recognised by the Doyle’s Guide.
