Nick is a barrister at Britomart Chambers. He acts in a wide variety of domestic trust disputes, including advising on the application of the Trusts Act 2019, the interpretation of trust documents, appointment and removal of trustees or beneficiaries, and actions for breaches of trust. He also advises on New Zealand foreign trust issues and has acted in a number of offshore trust disputes, which often involve multiple jurisdictions and proceeds of crime, asset freezing, or forfeiture issues. Nick is admitted as a barrister in the Cook Islands and a member of TLANZ’s Trust Law Committee.
