Peter is a Special Counsel at Lane Neave, with significant expertise in the law of societies, retirement villages, trusts and charities.
Peter advises residents, operators and Statutory Supervisors in the retirement village industry, and regularly assists retirement village industry bodies with education and training sessions. He has been active in holding public seminars throughout the country on the requirements of the new Incorporated Societies Act.
Peter is a member of The Law Association Trusts Committee, and the Documents and Precedents Committee, and is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience.
