Calantha Peter is Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Fullers360, where she leads legal, governance, and risk management with a strong commercial focus. She began her career at leading law firms and later advised the Registrar of Companies at MBIE on complex corporate and insolvency matters before moving into corporate leadership. Calantha also contributes to the TLNZ Technology and Law Committee and mentors emerging lawyers.
