Sarah Gibbs is a Senior Associate in Dentons Kensington Swan's corporate and commercial team with over 15 years' experience. She is a corporate and commercial lawyer with broad experience advising on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial law issues throughout the business life cycle. Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating various business critical commercial contracts and designing bespoke, user-friendly template document suites. She also regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, capital raising transactions, foreign investment, corporate governance and business advisory matters, security arrangements and compliance with various legislation, including consumer law, the Companies Act 1993 and the Overseas Investment Act 2005.
