Jaya has recently joined Kiely Thompson Caisley as a Senior Associate following a period in Australia as senior in-house legal counsel for large multi-national and trans-Tasman employers. Jaya advises on all areas of employment law and safety including disciplinary and employee performance management matters, restructures, personal grievances, wages and entitlements claims, safety matters, collective bargaining, whistle-blower management, human rights and disability matters arising in the context of employment.
