Emma Crowley is a Senior Associate at LangtonHudson, Lawyers,
specializing in employment law. Before qualifying as a practising lawyer and
joining LangtonHudson, Lawyers, she worked in HR at an Intellectual Property
firm.
Emma assists clients with both non-contentious and contentious employment
related issues. Emma has significant experience representing both employers and
employees in mediation and has assisted with litigation in the Employment
Relations Authority, Employment Court and Human Rights Review Tribunal.
Emma is also deeply committed to giving back to the community in a
meaningful way. She is currently the Deputy Chair of Breast Cancer
Aotearoa Coalition, and serves on the consumer advisory panel of both Cancer
Trials New Zealand and the Australasian group, Breast Cancer Trials. She
also sits on the Foundation Board of Samuel Marsden Collegiate School.
