Zane Kennedy KC is an experienced trial and appellate advocate with 30 years’ experience.
He specialises in contract and commercial claims, director and shareholder disputes and contentious insurance and tort matters and has played a pivotal role in a number of landmark cases, including the Mainzeal directors’ duties litigation.
His career includes more than 15 years as a litigation partner of MinterEllisonRuddWatts during which he was recognised as a Band 1 litigator by Chambers Global and Chambers Asia Pacific, and as a leading individual in dispute resolution by Asia Pacific Legal 500.
He joined the Bar in 2019 and was appointed King's Counsel in 2024.
