Vicki has thirty years of New Zealand Employment Relations experience with a background in public and private sector Employment Relations. She has spent fourteen years as a Member of the Employment Relations Authority including three years as the Chief's delegate. Vicki has had success in mediation of national and individual employment disputes and is recognised as a practical problem solver who makes Employment Law understandable. Vicki also develops and delivers practical training in all aspects of the employment relationship.
