
Sally Morris is the founding partner of Morris Legal. She is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand, New South Wales, and New York, and holds a Master of Laws from Columbia University in New York.
Sally commenced her career as a Crown prosecutor, where she developed extensive courtroom and advocacy experience. She also possesses significant commercial litigation experience, including acting for Samsung in the Federal Court of Australia in its litigation against Apple. Her combined criminal and commercial litigation background provides a distinctive perspective in resolving private client disputes.
Sally has an established reputation in the areas of relationship property, trust, and estate disputes. In 2022, she was recognised as a leading family and relationship property lawyer in Doyle’s Guide.
