Chris has over 40 years' experience as a lawyer specialising in wills, trusts, estates and elder law.
_x000D_Chris is the principal co-author of the recently published 8th edition of Garrow & Kelly Law of Trusts and Trustees. He was also co-author of the 6th and 7th editions and of Dobbie's Probate Administration Practice (5th and 6th editions). He is also author of the trust and other precedents in NZ Forms and Precedents. In addition to other publications, Chris has presented dozens of papers at legal conferences and has chaired Elder Law Conferences.
_x000D_Chris is a member of STEP and was a member of the committee that worked with the Law Commission on the review of trust legislation.
