As leader of the Harkness Henry litigation team, Sarah is an experienced commercial litigator, advising clients on a broad range of commercial disputes.
She frequently advises insolvency practitioners and creditors when a business is in financial distress. She has in-depth knowledge about liquidations, receiverships, bankruptcies and compromises. She advises on issues relating to the enforcement of securities, insolvent transactions, director breaches and debt recovery.
Sarah regularly appears in court and in alternative dispute resolution processes such as arbitration and mediation. She is an experienced litigator with over 20 years of experience both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
