With over ten years’ experience as a Catapult consultant and coach, Liz fuses hands-on practical experience with qualifications and wisdom from her role as an academic lead and lecturer in social work at Te Wananga O Aotearoa. She applies this rich mix to one-on-one coaching, team development, and when facilitating leadership programmes for organisations such as Centreport, PGG Wrightson, and Environment Southland.
Liz has worked with a wide variety of both public and private sector clients. Whether she is working with someone one-on-one or with a large group, consistent feedback is that Liz is able to bring out the best in people through her astute, engaging and genuine style.
As well as a Batchelor of Arts and Masters of Education, Liz is an accredited facilitator of the DISC behaviourial profiling tool and a certified Crucial Conversations Trainer.
