Shiena is a Senior IT Training Analyst at Russell McVeagh, delivering Microsoft Office Suite and IT training to legal and non-legal staff at all levels of the organisation.
Her background in public speaking and education gives her the ability to translate highly technical concepts into practical, actionable steps for people at any technical level. She has taught and developed NZQA-approved Business Management courses, including Business Communications, and she was a member of international public speaking organisation Toastmasters, winning several awards and competitions during her membership.
