Unless existing societies reregister under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 before April 2026, they will be removed from the register – with serious implications for societies, their officers and those for whom they exist. But there has also been some misinformation circling about what’s required. This webinar will address preparing to reregister, requirements for a constitution and applying to reregister; and provide a timely opportunity to ask questions of those experienced in this area.
