Estate Administration- Getting Started (On Demand)

This On Demand will provide useful guidance and a practical overview of the fundamentals of Estate Administration, from receiving notification of a client’s death, to identification of the executor(s) and the assets, through to distribution and winding up of the Estate.

You will also gain insights into dealing with grieving families and receive tips for managing conflicts between the different parties involved.
