Tricky Parole – When Prisoners Deny Guilt

The question of parole has many aspects. For counsel, probably the most challenging cases involve deniers. In this webinar, our legal and psychology experts from Aotearoa and the United Kingdom will address the matter of denial, its functional roles, the implications for case formulation, how it is dealt with by parole boards here and in England and Wales, and the treatment of deniers.

Registrants are welcome to submit questions in advance of the webinar to cpd@thelawassociation.nz
